Family loved it and wanted more. Didnt have fetticcini, so used shells and used 16oz od pasta instead of 8. Also added a tablespoon of butter and an extra cup of milk and another 1/4 of parm, since everybody kept talking about how dry it was. Week night staple here.

I’m not a big fan of this recipe. It was bland, the noodles didn’t cook all that well since there wasn’t enough liquid to cover the noodles, and it definitely needed cream cheese added to it in order to bring out some flavor. I also added more garlic then the recipe called for and the flavor just wasn’t there.

My family liked it, but it was just okay to me. I added extra milk, because it was a little dry. I really prefer the heavy cream and will try this again with some cream next time.

Great but wasn’t enough liquid for a standard package of fettuccini. Added more milk and broth. Added cooked chicken and cooked broccoli toward the end of cooking.
