Very good, added canned pineapple and siracha to spice it up and some kale for color

We loved this! We didn't have bell pepper so I subbed in broccoli. We have two little ones so spicy isn't our thing during this stage of life (unfortunately). This was definitely a mild curry but delicious none the less! Our two-year-old ate his entire plate then finished his big sister's! Hubby and I loved it, as well. Very easy to prepare so great for busy weeknights.

Fairly easy to prepare, but I found it a bit disappointing. Would like it to be spicier and it turned out much saucier than the photo suggests. I wouldn’t NOT make it, but am unlikely to return to it.

Quick, easy weeknight dinner. I omitted the bell pepper, and used green curry paste instead of curry powder. YUM.

I omitted the peppers, and turmeric, because I thought I had them, but didn’t. I did add frozen peas in close the end of the chicken cooking. Super good. I paired the chicken with coconut rice:

This was easy to make...was good but found the flavour was mild. I also added fresh ginger and extra bell peppers. I added sirachha after serving cuz it needed a kick....but overall was tasty😀

This tasted great! Definitely would make again.

Delicious, but a little too sweet for me: next time I'd cut down on or skip the honey.

I used just normal Mccormick curry powder and it definitely turned out well, but next time i’d use a different curry powder or curry paste for a stronger/better flavor. still delicious and easy though!

Delicious and easy to cook!!

Very good! I added a tablespoon of butter, and used a bit of orange juice instead of sugar or honey to sweeten and add a hint of citrus. Yum and the kids ate it up!

Very tasty. I’d suggest red curry. Yellow is a little bland for my taste.
Emily 30 Dec 2017
Yummy! Could use more peppers though.
Hashi Chakravarty 25 Dec 2017

Pretty good and super filling. I used thighs instead of breasts and I added an extra tbs curry powder, some broccoli, green beans, and mushrooms. Would make again. I was surprised considering my 2 year old even had 2 bowls!
Helen B. 12 Sep 2017
Came out great! I used curry paste instead of powder
Hank H. 21 Aug 2017
Decent flavor. I will use a mix of curry next time because all I tasted was coconut using mild curry. Coconut milk separated when I brought it to a boil so I'll skip that next time.

I enjoyed it. Simple and easy recipe.

I made this with shrimp instead if chicken and added zucchini, turned out great! Easy recipe, not too time consuming, delicious flavor. If you enjoy your veggies a bit more on the crispy side, I'd wait to add them until simmering

This is an awesome recipe with loads of flavor. The first time I made this, it was for hubby, daughter and myself. Daughter did not come over as expected; but, that was okay, more for hubby and me. :) I took what little was left over to lunch the next day. It was even better as the spices became more pronounced. I received several requests when I was reheating my lunch and directed them to this website. I'm making it again for dinner tonight. Thank you for sharing such an easy and delicious recipe. It is definitely a keeper in our house.

Absolutely delicious! I also added five cardonam , four cloves, ten black pepper corns and inch and a half cinnamon stick . Sauté these in olive oil until fragrant. This is seasoning the oil, remove the cinnamon and cardinal and cloves..... now start the rest of the recipe! Enjoy!
