This was good. And thankfully I read other reviews and tweaked it by adding ground turkey and add even more chicken broth. I’ll make it again and as suggested add even LESS tortellini.

It was pretty good, personally I don’t think it needs the tortellini but still very good

It was great! I added two more cups of stock to have more soup. I will make it again and I’m going to add our family sausage to it. My husband loved it .

It tasted amazing. Like most everyone I made my own tweaks but I think there was too much pasta. It was almost spaghetti like. I'd make it again but with half as much pasta.

Great! I subsituted almond milk+butter for the heavy cream because I forgot it, but the end result was still delicious.

Rory Torresan 23 May 2018
I didn’t like it. Didn’t have a lot of flavour and the pasta absorbed all the liquid after awhile and wasn’t a soup at all. I wouldn’t make again

Delicious! A tasty, easy and filling soup Perfect for a cold winter evening. I did bump up the spice a bit This is a nice basic recipe that can easily be added to as well
RuthAnn Clore 25 Dec 2017
it was great. We used dried spices, found we needed to double the amount listed for dried.
Kathy 28 Nov 2017
Thought the soup would be thicker. Taste is great. Would make again.

Turned out great, I added cabbage to give it a little more something and sugar to cut the acidity. Turned out nice, love the Parmesan.

Wasn't great. I couldn't even finish eating it. It didn't taste like what I expected. Pros: it looked just like the image.

This recipe has three of my favorite foods rolled into one-soup, pasta, and tomatoes! Great flavor! I used crushed tomatoes instead of diced but it still worked fine. (My daughter appreciated it because she doesn't like tomato chunks). Mine came out a tad salty but I added above what the recipe called for. I would just suggest tasting after the tortellini is cooked before adding any additional salt. I will know better next time!

I did not add the chicken stock or tortellinis and turned it in a delightful creamy rose sauce that I poured over bow tie pasta. The rest of the recipe I left as is. I found it very easy and deliciously good!
