Made this multiple times and it's very easy and tasty. I found it is a bit soupy, so I reduced the chicken broth to around 3 cups instead of 4 and didn't cover when simmering.

My young kids don’t like spicy food, so I cut down on the chili powder. It was ok, but too bland and not really kid friendly if you want it to have any sort of flavor

OMG 🙄I haven’t had such mixed reviews on a amn Delicious recipe as this one- One kid doesn’t eat beans, the other kid doesn’t like pasta. Both thought it was too spicy. Added a tablespoon of sour cream to cut the heat and seems to calm it down but still she’s not a fan. I on the other hand thought it was fantastic! Even added a dash of Worcester and Shrirracha also prefer to add the cheese to the plated portion instead of the pot. Mine was a bit soupy and not sure I’ll add that much liquid next time. Definitely have to reclassify this one as NOT kid-friendly

A super easy delicious weeknight dinner during the winter. I would definitely make this recipe again. I kept the recipe as is except I substituted ground turkey for the ground beef and it was perfect !
