Great for a quick dinner during the week that isn't time consuming and budget friendly. I also threw in half a green bell pepper and half a red bell pepper because why not! I added them with the onions and garlic. This is one if those dinners you could really throw in almost any extra veggies you have on hand. I would definitely make this again.
