This was a tasty recipe, but you definitely need to add more water and also double the taco seasoning to add flavor. Fire roasted tomatoes go a long way too.

This will be a go to favorite from now on. My husband loves it ! so simple and easy, I served mine with a side of Mexican rice and it was delicious.

My family really enjoyed this. I have made it several times now and each time it is a hit. Tonight I added corn, black olives and a can of Campbell fiesta nacho cheese soup. Next time I'm thinking some chorizo. This recipe is really versatile.
Great recipe will add Velveta cheese to it next time though

I'm a 16yr old so as you can tell it was pretty easy. My family said they liked it so I guess it was good to them. Some of my noodles were still hard even though I added a bit more water anyway. Didn't really have much flavor to me even with all the things added. But eating it with a bit of fresh tomato made it taste a whole lot better. Also just incase you have a hard time picking avocado make sure the one you pick isn't too mushy just soft enough they taste great when perfectly ripe
