Very delicious. I didn’t have garlic cloves so I just used some powder, I also added a couple splashes of chicken stock about half way through cooking to add a little more moisture. Will be making again.

** update** I've made the dish for a second time, adding carrots to the pan, and boiling some green beans to make it more of a dinner. Turned out great. **1st attempt Nice easy dish. I made this using white new potatoes and added extra just to pad out the dish, but it turned out great. I was worried it might not colour up but both the chicken and potatoes took on a nice colour in the last 5minutes. Next time I'll be putting some carrots & green beans on the hob to make the dinner bigger.

Made 1/3 of the recipe, but kept the same amount of garlic and rosemary. Needed more salt and pepper for the chicken, and definitely had too much potatoes but it’s a good hardy dinner

It was really good . But, I’m used to making dishes like this, simple and delicious. Next time I’ll use more rosemary, tho. I also used Yukon gold instead of red. I wish I would’ve taken a pic. I’ll definitely make it again.

Simple and delicious! I followed the recipe exactly as it is written and it was quite the hit for my family. The next time I make it I think it would be interesting to see how it would taste if you use chicken breasts with skin.
