    My favorite quick and easy weeknight meal!! All ingredients can be prepped ahead of time. I like to double the gnocchi and add a little more liquid so that I can get the most out or leftovers.

    So good and so easy! I used salted butter to sautee the onions and switched out the white wine for regular chicken stock (wine just isnt my pallette but if you're into it im surebits also wonderful!). this came out so good and it was so quick! i suggest using a very large pan, as it does fill up both of my regular sized pans quickly. I honestly forgot to do salt and pepper and its still so flavorful.

    Replaced the sausage with ground beef and used chicken stock and dijon mustard as a substitute to white wine as recommended. Tasted great, will make again!

    Very nice, easy to make. Adaptations of course to lower the bad fats (cream/sausage etc) and add more veg, and more herbs for flavour, but with all those adaptations would make again
