Turned out pretty great for me! I separated & used less sauce for the broccoli so it wouldn’t be so sweet (I like savory vegetables), added parsley to potatoes, & then added paprika, a tiny bit Italian seasoning, & red pepper flakes to the sauce for the chicken. Omitted the sugar completely & added a tiny bit more honey to compensate. Will add onion slices on top of chicken next time. Thoroughly enjoyed. My 2 year old was even saying “mhmmm” to the chicken. :) will definitely make again.

Great. Everyone loved it! Except my hubby. He wasn’t fully disappointed though. He recommended to marinate for awhile to give it more flavor. He liked the taste of it but he didn’t like that it was temporary and then it just tasted bland. Going to try that and see how it turns out.

Great!! Make sure to pull the chicken off Before it's overcooked, and next time I will add chunks of onions and red pepper flakes to Give it a little spice to go with the sweetness.

Too sweet for our liking. Would like it better with more of a herb flavor. I even backed it off to 1 Tbsp. Each of honey and brown sugar.

Really easy. Pretty good. The instructions threw my wife off a little with the sides of the pan. Too sweet in my opinion, at least the broccoli.

The sauce is the star of this recipe - that being said, make 1.5x what the recipe calls for. I only used 15oz of broccoli and 2 chicken breasts (cut into 3 pieces) with 4 red potatoes and my sheet pan was quite crowded. Personally, I would not make the whole meal again, I would just take the sauce from it and swap out chicken for carrots to make this as a side dish, instead of a one pan meal. I used Vietnamese Honey which is noticeably savory.

We had this for dinner tonight. It was a hit with everyone. Super easy to make--prepped each component last night and simply baked as directed tonight. Super easy! Will be making this meal again. I love that it's easy to adjust/add/remove spices according to taste and/or availability in my pantry!

So tasty! I didn’t have the honey on hand, so I can only imagine how much better it would be, but it was still delicious. I also added some onion and tomato for the last few minutes while broiling; I will definitely make again!
