    I didn't use the newfangled pasta but it was still a simple process? Has a little "kick" (red pepper) to it... which I liked. I tripled the spinach & added diced onion & carrots. I also substituted Shitake mushrooms. It's all good. I hope you are hungry & are entertaining a large crowd bc the volume of food yielded by this recipe is ridiculous.
