great recipe, definitely a keeper! i added 3 tbs of balsamic vinegar to the recipe and some herbs. i also cooked in in the Dutch oven with the lid on and used boneless skinless chicken thighs.

Delicious... the skin was soo crispy. And the meat was juicy perfect amount of cooking time!

Everyone in the house enjoyed this. Super easy to make and smelt and tasted amazing. I did add a couple more spices to give it a bit more kick, but overall it was very good.
