  • 1 bag frozen broccoli (if I’d been home, I would have done 2 bags…I like veggie overload)
  • 1 can apple pie filling (no sugar added version is only 2 grams of sugar)
  • 2 cups bread (cubed stale)
  • 1 sliced apple (thinly)
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 1/2 diced onion
  • 1/2 cup water (to start)
