Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup water
  • 3/4 cup wild rice (Uncooked reg long-grain)
  • 4 skinless boneless chicken breasts
  • paprika
  • 1 salt (and pepper to taste)

Directions

  1. In 2 qt. shallow baking dish, mix soup, water, rice, salt and pepper, and paprika.
  2. Place chicken on rice mixture, sprinkle with addional seasonings if desired.
  3. Cover, and bake 375 for 45 min. or until done.
