Great concept but not so practical for family of 5! Lots of back and forth to microwave. Will make again with same ingredients but next time maybe cook in frying pan and finish under a grill. Used gratin cheese instead of suggestion.

It was pretty good! I microwaved it for 20 seconds too long, but it still was great for a microwave dish
I prefer to add a bit of salt, to make it perfect. 1 min 45 secs is not enough in my microwave, I added additional 40 secs. Cute dish! Thumbs up!
