Excellent. Very easy. I did add nuts to topping, and made the topping with half sugar/half brown sugar.

I made this cake for an office potluck, and it went over really well. It's more like a coffee cake. I was a little surprised with the thickness of the batter, as I had to spread it in the pan with a spatula. But it baked up beautifully, and that's what counts! It was delicious, and I would definitely make it again.
