Ingredients

  • 20 grams yeast
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 300 milliliters warm water
  • 500 grams flour
  • olive oil
  • 1 can anchovies (long, in olive oil)
  • rosemary
  • black olives (Green and, pitted and sliced)

Directions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. 2Put yeast, salt, sugar, and half the water in a mixer bowl.
  3. 3Mix with a fork.
  4. 4Add flour, knead for 7 to 9 minutes until dough is very soft.
  5. 5Cover with plastic wrap, and let rise 30 minutes until dough doubles in size.
  6. 6Spread the dough on a floured rectangular surface to 2.5 centimeters thick. Spread on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  7. 7Pour on 2 to 3 tablespoons of combined anchovy olive oil and olive oil, spread with the back of spoon.
  8. 8Place anchovies and sliced olives on top. Gently press the topping into the dough with a spoon.
  9. 9Let rise to double size.
  10. 10Bake for 25 minutes.
