Ingredients

20 grams yeast
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar
300 milliliters warm water
500 grams flour
olive oil
1 can anchovies (long, in olive oil)
rosemary
black olives (Green and, pitted and sliced)

Directions

1Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
2Put yeast, salt, sugar, and half the water in a mixer bowl.
3Mix with a fork.
4Add flour, knead for 7 to 9 minutes until dough is very soft.
5Cover with plastic wrap, and let rise 30 minutes until dough doubles in size.
6Spread the dough on a floured rectangular surface to 2.5 centimeters thick. Spread on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
7Pour on 2 to 3 tablespoons of combined anchovy olive oil and olive oil, spread with the back of spoon.
8Place anchovies and sliced olives on top. Gently press the topping into the dough with a spoon.
9Let rise to double size.
10Bake for 25 minutes.
