Ingredients

  • 1 pound farfalle pasta
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
  • 10 1/2 ounces olives (pitted mixed, chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 2 tablespoons basil (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons parsley (chopped, plus extra to serve)

Directions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain well and return to pan.
  2. Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a large frying pan on medium. Sauté garlic for 1 minute, until fragrant. Add olives and chili. Cook for 1 minute, then remove from heat.
  3. Add olive mixture to hot pasta with herbs. Season to taste and toss well. Serve sprinkled with extra parsley.
