Ingredients

190 grams flour
30 grams sugar
4 grams salt
10 grams fresh yeast
130 grams whole milk
35 grams olive oil
1 eggs
50 grams sugar (pearl)
25 grams sesame

Directions

1In a food processor bowl, add flour, sugar, salt.
2Add the yeast diluted in the milk and olive oil. Knead for 2 minutes.
3Put the dough on a plastic sheet and let stand for 1 hour at room temperature.
4Deflate, and let rise for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
5Divide the dough, and form 8 balls. Place in small flats.
6Let rise at room temperature until they double in volume (about 1 hour).
7Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
8Before baking, brush an egg yolk diluted water.
9Sprinkle with sugar and sesame seeds.
10Bake for 15 minutes, until well browned.
