The pasta and sauce were great is make it a tad bit runnier than I did myself I had a handicap of only having Parmesan cheese also that I tried another kind of chicken which was the weakest link so all in all most of what I got from here is what was good

This was my first time making alfredo sauce from scratch and I heard it was a difficult process. The instructions were detailed and very helpful. I followed them exactly and it came out great! Definately going to make again.

I cooked the chicken with garlic and soul food seasoning then cooked some mushrooms in the pan.. Made the sauce in the pan and had to use mozzarella cheese because I didn’t have Parmesan. It was the best chicken fettuccine I’ve ever had. It was like fondue because of the mozzarella but so good. Will make again and I will be sure to have the right cheese on hand.
