My grandmother made these cookies, so every time I make them it puts me in a very happy place. She called them "Impossible Peanut Butter Cookies. Everyone I've given the recipe to says the same thing. "it's impossible for these ingredients to become a cookie!' Where's the flour? I always tell people that since 2/3 of the ingredients are good for you, these cookies are practically health food! If you've never tried them, you are missing out. (Plus they are all but goof-proof!)

When I read the reviews, I couldn't wait to try these. Not sure what everyone is raving about except that they are easy and probably a great recipe for middle-schoolers at a sleep over but I found that they didn't have much taste. Not very peanut buttery.. Texture nice but flavor disappointing. (That was my 2-star review yesterday) OK- so I am back and editing my review- a day later, the cookies are delish! I guess I need to bake these a day ahead to maximize flavor. Texture still moist and chewy. Hope this helps.

this recipe was simple and easy. I loved it and my cookies came out so good that I had to make another batch of cookies. you have to try it. I also baked my cookies for nine minutes. the recipe says 8-10 mins, but I prefer in between.

My grandsons love these! Will make them again. Ingredients always at hand & so easy, quick. I think next time I'll try caster sugar as the sugar seemed a little grainy for me.

I love this recipe. I"ve made it many times and always think the sticky batter will never bake into a cookie, but it always does, and it's always enjoyed.
