Taste: 9/10. Yummy, and you can’t even tell it’s only made from 3 ingredients! I do recommend using slightly less sugar though. Texture: 5/10. I don’t recommend using the extra egg. I know a lot of people said to, but mine resulted in a very raw interior and an overly oily cookie overall. I just took them out of the oven, so maybe they’ll get better once they’re cooled, but I’m going to try it with just 1 egg next time. Update: Once the cookies cool, the texture is a lot better. They just aren’t the prettiest cookies and are a bit too sweet with the full cup of sugar.
