I didn't have some of the products, so I substituted them with other ones. I used some grilled peppers instead of fresh ones, parsley instead of cilintaro, put red wine vinegar in instead of lime and left the corn out. Also I shredded a little bit of parmesan and emental on top. However, it still tasted great and is one of my new favorite salads!

Used home cooked kidney beans, raw corn cut from the cob, and substituted scallions for red onion, which I find to be too harsh.

I made it without onions because I didn’t have any and added juice of one more lemon and one more lime. It definitely needs onions, but it was good.

Very nice! I used dry beans (cooked), some olive oil and a lot of lemon juice. Otherwise it could taste a bit dry, if you are using dry beans.

Delicious, healthy and super easy to make! I used frozen sweet corn and chilled everything before serving. I also added some coriander and a hint of garlic powder for a bit more flavor. I'm not kidding, even my 2 year old enjoyed it.
