Very creamy. I accidentally added too much salt so included potatoes too that enhanced it :)

Huge hit with everyone in our family. Very refreshing for summer. I'll be making this again for sure

This is a family favorite! I chop everything a bit smaller and we eat with pita or toast.

It's a very good salad recipe, I make this salad very frequently, it's one of my favorite! I add canned tuna or hard boiled eggs to it.

I have made this twice now, and absolutely love it. I used sweet chili sauce since I was out of hot sauce, and added a few drops of some super hot sauce from Texas. Yummy! Thank you for sharing.

Amazing! I will eat this all summer long. To make this quick and easy buy chipotle ranch salad dressing at your local grocery; I use the Harris teeter brand. Also, double the cilantro. It doesn't matter if you use limes or lemons, the flavor is great either way.

This recipe is great. I am now living in Vietnam and advocado in season. I will make this again but olive oil instead of mayonnaise.

This is a great summer salad. I've made it twice now. The second time I added halved cherry tomatoes which added good color and flavor.

Sub plain yogurt for the mayo - still tastes great with fewer calories. This dish is best consumed fresh, it does not make great leftovers.

This was so good and easy to make! My picky teenager even loved it! I will be making this often. Definitely a keeper.

Delicious. I used mayo made with olive oil to keep the fat and calories down. Yes, addictive is the word to describe this refreshing side/salad dish.

OMG! I love this. I didn't have any of the sauce, so I just added some of my own spices. I like to dehydrate my own cylantro and parsley, so I added both of those plus paprika and tumeric. This is going to be my favorite family salad, hands down. Thank you so much.

Oh my god... Why is this so good?!? I had a cucumber and avocado... And needed a recipe... I'm not much of a chef.... Substituted mild buffalo sauce for siracha... Used Greek seasoning for cilantro (because that's what I had). This salad was so good... My six year old who hates vegetables ate it all up so I had to make a second helping.

The name of this side dish couldn't be more spot on - it's obsessively good! I could have eaten this as my main course! I'll absolutely make this again, but maybe add diced tomatoes. So good!
