  • 125 grams unsalted butter
  • 200 grams sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 600 grams flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 200 grams ground oats
  • 200 grams raisins
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F).
  2. Beat butter and sugar until combined.
  3. Add eggs and beat until the dough is smooth and creamy.
  4. Add flour, baking powder, oats and vanilla extract, and mix well.
  5. Stir in raisins.
  6. If dough sticks to hands, add more oats and/or flour until dough can be shaped by hand.
  7. Shape dough into small balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake in preheated oven for about 15 minutes until light brown.
