  • 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
  • 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 70 grams yogurt
  • 50 grams yogurt (OR 1 egg)
  • 65 grams brown sugar (or coconut sugar)
  • 60 milliliters olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 50 grams apple (chopped, approximately half an apple)
  • 90 grams carrots (grated, you can also replace carrot with almost ⅔ cup of chopped apple instead)
