  • 14.75 ounces salmon (OR 1 pound salmon fillets, cooked)
  • 1 package Old Bay (® Salmon Classic® Cake Mix)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • tartar sauce (McCormick® Original, for Seafood)

    Directions

    1. Drain can of salmon or use cooked salmon. Remove skin and bones. Flake salmon.
    2. Mix Classic Mix and mayonnaise in large bowl. Add salmon; toss gently until well mixed. Shape into 5 patties.
    3. Broil or fry 5 minutes per side or until golden brown, turning once. Serve with tartar sauce, if desired.
