Ingredients

  • 1 ounce pretzels (crushed)
  • 1 chicken breast
  • 1 tablespoon mustard (spicy, or a mustard you prefer)
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • garlic powder (sprinkling of)

Directions

  1. Coat chicken with mustard on one side. Press pretzel crumbs into Mustard side of chicken.
  2. In a skillet, heat 1 tbsp of oil. When it gets very hot, add chicken breast pretzel side down. Sprinkle clean side with garlic. Cook on Med-High for 4-5 minutes on each side or until chicken Breast is fully cooked.
