  • 2 whole wheat oval flatbread sandwich wraps
  • 1 tablespoon Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups spring mix salad greens (firmly packed)
  • 1 green onion (thinly sliced)
  • 1 cup apple (sliced unpeeled red crisp, such as Gala or Fuji)
  • 8 slices peppered bacon (warm cooked)

    Directions

    1. SPREAD a thin layer of peanut butter over top surface of each sandwich wrap.
    2. WHISK oil, vinegar and sugar in medium bowl until blended. Season with salt and pepper. Add salad mix and green onion; toss to coat. Divide evenly over peanut butter layer. Top with apple slices and cooked bacon.
