Description
This soft sour cream pound cake is mixed with sweet, chocolatey swirls of Nutella. Once you try it, you'll never want to eat plain pound cake again!

- nonstick cooking spray
- 1 cup unsalted butter (softened)
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs (at room temperature)
- 1/2 cup sour cream (at room temperature)
- 1 3/4 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. canela
- 6 Tbsp. Nutella

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Spray a 9x5-inch loaf pan liberally with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.
- Place the butter, sugar, and vanilla extract in a large mixing bowl. Using a hand mixer or a stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment, cream the ingredients together on medium speed until pale and fluffy, 3-4 minutes, scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed. Add two of the eggs, beat for 20-30 seconds until mostly combined, then add the remaining egg and sour cream, continuing to beat until combined.

This is excellent, everything in the instructions are clear and accurate… EXCEPT the bake time. The first time I cooked 65 minutes, waaaay overdone. I made this in a different oven the second time, took 55 minutes to bake to perfection. So, check at 50-55 minutes to be safe.
