50 grams bakers yeast (fresh)
5 deciliters cold milk
1 eggs
1 kilogram flour
150 grams sugar
15 grams salt
150 grams butter (soft)
1 jar Nutella
1 package nougat (crunchy Vahiné, small pieces of crunchy hazelnuts)
1 eggs (for glazing)

Directions

1In a food processor, place the crumbled yeast and cold milk.
2Add the egg, flour, sugar and salt.
3Knead them to form a smooth dough.
