Nutella is a sweet and savory paste that is great on breads or eaten with a spoon. This recipe for Nutella Chunks takes that decadent, rich, and creamy spread, and turns it into a frozen fudgy treat. This incredibly easy recipe is perfect when you want to create some cool treats for a hot day. Make a few batches so you can keep them on hand whenever your sweet tooth starts talking.

Ingredients

  • 180 grams Nutella
  • 60 grams butter

Directions

  1. Put the Nutella and butter (cut into pieces) in a large bowl.
  2. Microwave on medium power for 30 seconds.
  3. Mix and heat again for 30 seconds. Both ingredients must be hot and you must obtain a very homogeneous paste.
  4. Pour the mixture into a silicone mould and smooth it. It must be 1/2 centimeter thick.
  5. Put in the freezer for 2 hours.
  6. Cut the chunks with a knife and leave them in the freezer until needed.

I love to snack on these little chunks. They taste like a peanut butter and fudge mix that is just amazing. They are better for my kids than pure chocolate, and they love them too.
