This is a pretty good recipe if you happen to have some leftover nopalitos that need using (I probably wouldn't make it again otherwise) although I did find I needed to add an extra jalapeno pepper and some freshly ground black pepper to stop it being too bland. Like another reviewer, I'm not too fond of canned nopalitos so used fresh ingredients instead which gave it a nice texture and fresh flavor.
