- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 onion (small)
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 chile pepper (dried chipotle)
- 4 cups chicken stock
- 1 coriander (sprig)
- 3 tortillas
- 1 strip oil
- sour cream

Directions
- Cut the nopals into small cubes and place them in a pot of boiling water. Remove after two minutes.
- Drain the nopal and clean them. Place them in the pot again with new water and cook them with salt.
- In a separate pot, add olive oil, butter, and add the onion, garlic, and chipotle pepper.
