Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups short pasta
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 cup nopal (cooked)

  4. The pasta is then served with feta cheese on top.

I liked this pasta. I decided to add in a little lime juice, chili powder, and snipped cilantro to make the flavor really fantastic.
