Ingredients

  • 200 grams noodles
  • 3 tablespoons peanut oil
  • 1 onions (chopped in half moons)
  • 2 garlic cloves (chopped)
  • 1 carrots (chopped)
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1/2 savoy cabbage (shredded)
  • 1 leeks (chopped)
  • 1 red pepper (cut in strips)
  • broccoli (sprigs)
  • salt
  • ground black pepper
  • soy sauce
  • sweet and sour sauce

Directions

  1. Add noodles to 2 liters of boiling water.
  2. Remove pan from heat, wait 4 minutes, stirring with a fork.
  3. Drain, and set aside covered so the noodles don't get cold.
  4. Heat peanut oil in a wok.
  5. Add onion, garlic, carrot, and zucchini. Mix well, and cook until golden.
  6. Add leek, savoy cabbage, pepper strips, and broccoli sprigs.
  7. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  8. When vegetables are cooked, mix in noodles, and stir well.
  9. Serve immediately with sauces to taste.
