Ingredients

  • 400 grams noodles (with olives)
  • 200 grams pesto
  • 4 peeled prawns (large)
  • pepper
  • salt
  • olive oil
  • 300 grams pumpkin
  • 1 strip smoked salmon (optional)
  • 1 sprig lemon basil

Directions

  1. 1Bake the pumpkin for 30 minutes. Remove, cut into cubes and set aside.
  2. 2In a small skillet, saute the shrimp, set aside.
  3. 3Cook the pasta following package instructions.
  4. 4Drain and let it mix well with the pesto.
  5. 5Add the cubes of roasted pumpkin and shrimps and garnish with sprigs of basil.
