Ingredients

  • 5 cups berries (I used blackberries and blueberries -- Just keep in mind that blackberries are very seedy. My kids don't mind the seeds. You can use fresh or frozen berries.)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey (alternately, a squirt or two of Stevia works great)
  • 1 cup v8 (Fusion or fresh veggie juice, optional--great if you want to add just a bit of vegetables to the popsicles)
