I've made this bread several times and it is always amazing! The hardest part of making it is waiting for it to cool before eating it.

I am wondering if it is possible to use whole wheat in this recipe? Would I have to change any parts of the measurements? In the past I have made Swedish rye bread that uses a mixture of rye and whole wheat with great success, but it was not crusty . I love breads with a hard crust and rarely ever wait it out for it to cool completely usually only making it to warm not hot.
