I substituted garlic powder for italian seasoning and cooked the "crust" for about 25 minutes. Perfecto!

This was a decent no-crust pizza recipe. I made a 1/2 recipe and it worked great in a loaf pan.

I tried this because my brother in law recently was diagnoised with type 2. I will make this again. Next time i will use 2 500gram containers of cottage cheese. i felt the crust was more like a saugy thin crust pizza. My hope is that it will be a bit firmer when i make this again. And we will have this again. Flavor was awesome!
