  • 1 1/2 cups peanut butter (could sub sunflower seed or almond butter for those with allergies)
  • 6 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • 1 cup oats (purchase "gluten-free" oats for those with allergies)
  • 1 cup cereal (crunchy flax, I used Enjoy Life brand. You could also sub with other whole-grain cereal or nuts, but I do really recommend this flax cereal in the recipe because it is so good with just the right crunch!)
