It's simple without a lot if ingredients, two things I look for in a recipe...not to mention how well it tastes. I've made this cheesecake two or three times and it as turned out perfect each time. I'm planning on making one for Thanksgiving too.

I've been making this recipe for years. It comes out great. I use this same recipe to make other types of cheese cakes with few modifications. Examples, Oreo cheese cake, strawberry cheesecake, ...

I've made this recipe for years. Hadn't made it in awhile, so I had to look it up based on ingredients. The cream cheese must be room temp, or it will be "clumpy." Also using an electric mixer on low will prevent lumps.

i found that making this it got very clumpy also it was very bitter when i tasted the batter before refrigration i probobly would never do this again
