  • 6 nectarines (stoned, cut into thin wedges)
  • 1/4 cup peach schnapps
  • 2 lemons (sliced)
  • 4 sprigs lemon balm leaves (fresh, stripped from stems)
  • 1 cup lemonade
  • 1 bottle dry white wine
  • 1 bottle champagne

Directions

  1. Drizzle the nectarines with the schnapps and allow to marinate for 30 mins. Place the nectarines, lemon slices and lemon balm leaves in a punch bowl. Mix the lemonade and wine and pour in. Just before serving, pour in the champagne and stir just to combine.
