Description

Ingredients

100 grams butter
100 grams sugar
1 eggs
3 teaspoons ground cinnamon
200 grams flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
powdered sugar (for garnish, optional)
ground cinnamon (for garnish, optional)

Directions

1Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
2Mix the sugar with the butter, egg, and cinnamon.
3Gradually, add the flour to a soft, but moldable dough.
4Wrap in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
5Roll out the dough, and use a biscuit cutter to cut out the biscuits.
6Place the biscuits on a silicone mat, or in a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
7Bake for 15 minutes.
