Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup hellmann's or best foods real mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary (chopped, optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 4 cups cut-up cooked chicken (about 1 1/2 lbs)
  • 3/4 cup red grapes (halved seedless)
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (coarsely, toasted (optional))
  • 1 loaf bread (peasant or sour dough, sliced)
  • 1 arugula

Directions

  1. 1. In large bowl, combine Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise, rosemary, salt and pepper. Add chicken, grapes and walnuts; toss to coat. Chill, if desired.   2. To serve, assemble into sandwiches with arugula.
