Naan is a classic Indian bread that is served alongside a variety of dishes. Traditionally, it is cooked in a large wood-fired oven but here it is made in your home oven so you can enjoy the delicious taste of this bread from your own kitchen. Try serving it with dahl or chana masala, where you can use the bread to soak up all the delicious flavors. You can also use this as a sandwich wrap, for a hearty and filling lunch!

Was simple and easy to make turned out perfect fluffy Naan, make sure to roll them thin as they will rise a fair bit, also i used sour cream just a large table spoon instead of yoghurt so id say if your using yoghurt use the same quantity a large table spoon. I threw in a table spoon of garlic as well. When kneeding just kneed quickly and roll out. Really simple and tasty.

Mine was a big failure. Tried to figure out how much yogurt to use because it just said “1”. Also the kneeling time was not specified. Also salty
