Description

- In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients, except for the olive oil.
- Knead well.
- Cover with a cotton cloth and let rise until doubled in volume.

Was simple and easy to make turned out perfect fluffy Naan, make sure to roll them thin as they will rise a fair bit, also i used sour cream just a large table spoon instead of yoghurt so id say if your using yoghurt use the same quantity a large table spoon. I threw in a table spoon of garlic as well. When kneeding just kneed quickly and roll out. Really simple and tasty.

Mine was a big failure. Tried to figure out how much yogurt to use because it just said “1”. Also the kneeling time was not specified. Also salty
