It was so delicious I don’t think the leftovers will last long!
amazing. I love the mushrooms! use crimini (baby portabella) for the best flavor. I also use a little less spinach (around 4 oz) and more bacon (8 strips, thick cut). I also use a Swiss-gruyere mix, which really makes it.

Was really good I substituted cheddar cheese since I didn’t have the other cheese on hand also my husbands not a fan of spinach next time I may use broccoli
