Fantastic recipe; finally found one to win my family over! You can mix up different items of what u have on hand. I happened to have some chopped chives that added some nice flavour. I just recommend cooking at a higher temp initially for a while and then turn down once getting more crisp or you will have to cook it longer since a big loaf.

Amazing! So moist & flavourful! Mine came out a little too wet, but nothing a tablespoon of flour didn’t fix. Boyfriend was very impressed with the sauce - is make it again for bbq sauce ribs or pork chops .

everyone loved it! I used sourdough bread instead of white bread and used basil instead of the parsley because it's what I had on hand and it still came out great.

Excellent. I added some minced garlic (1 tsp), chopped white onion (1/2) and substituted about a quarter of the ketchup with some BBQ sauce.

So yummy! I subsituted 1 lb ground pork for 1 lb of the ground beef. Used Old Bay instead of seasoning salt. It took about an hour and 20 mins instead of the hour it states. Cooked to internal temp of 160.

Excellent. I used veal instead of beef and I also grated half an onion and added to the meat. Had to add breadcrumbs because it was watery. In the end delicious!!

With the milk and eggs it turned out very moist. And with the ketchup in the sauce I didn’t need any extra.

The sauce is great the basic meatloaf is very good. Next time I’ll add a diced onion to it, at least half an onion. I added Italian sausage and I only used 3 eggs and one cup of ketchup and 1/4 cup brown sugar. I also put 4 strips thick cut bacon. Very good

It was absolutely delicious. I only made half of the amount, and for whatever reason, faced a problem with it being runny after mixing everything together. What I did to fix the problem was add more bread, but what I'll do nexxt time is I'll squeeze the milk out of the soggy bread because I think that's what I did wrong.

ONLY MEAT LOAF MY HUSBAND AND I WILL EAT! My husband said "Honey that was on point. I have tired to eat other peoples meat loaf and could not get past the 2nd bite! Don't change a thing!" However, he asked for 2nds of this meat loaf recipe!!! Both my husband and myself have NEVER cared for meat loaf prior to this recipe! Even our six year old liked it! ***I added Mrs. Dash table seasoning, garlic powder and onion powder. I also only add 3 Tbsp of sugar to the sauce. I also cut the recipe in half and baked for the same amount of time. I frozen the other uncooked loaf and sauce. It is now a prepped meal ready for when our 3rd baby arrives!***

Absolutely delicious! I grated some onion and sautéed with minced garlic in the bacon grease (I fried bacon lightly first) and added to beef mixture. I also put 1/2 cup of milk and 1/2 cup of chicken broth to soak bread. Definitely will make again!

It took a lot longer to cook than specified. I ended up raising the temp to 425 to speed it up after the original hour at 350. It was tasty and plenty for leftovers.
