Flaky and delucious every time! These are so easy and impress without a lot of effort. Ran out of all the butter, so I added Smart Balance and it was just as good.

I was on the toilet and all of a sudden i was craving biscuits. πŸ˜‚ I didn't have any buttermilk so instead i used sourcream and milk and it turned out so good! They were really soft even though they didn't rise much. And They're so easy to make!

The best! I make these for every event or breakfast with blueberry jam and sea salt. Use a sharp cutter, don’t twist as you cut, and make sure your butter’s still chilled. So flaky!

Perfect biscuits. I've been trying to find a simple, delicious recipe and this is it. So yummy! Buttery, flaky, dense but not heavy. The only two departures from the directions was that I folded the dough over itself and patted it back out to the rectangle a couple of times to make it flakier and I put the flour mix in the freezer for about 10 min before adding the buttermilk.

Delicious, and just as described. I added a wee bit more buttermilk to get the dough to stick together, but other than that it was perfect. Great for Sunday breakfast !

Yummy! They were easy to make. I didn't have a cutter to use so did the large spoonful drops. Not that pretty but delish!!! Even my picky kids loved them!

Really simple and delicious. I used expired buttermilk and was worried about the taste but salt/sugar in this recipe works perfect, I also used heart shaped baking forms, So i had 12 buttermilk biscuit hearts. Before taking them out of the oven I put bacon, raw egg and cheese and kept in in the oven till it was done.
