  • 2 steaks (large)
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1/4 cup water

  • cooking spray
  • 300 grams potatoes (quartered)
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Directions

  1. Mix the mustard, water, oregano, and olive oil together in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Marinate the steaks in the mustard mixture for at least 1 hour.
  3. Spritz a nonstick skillet with cooking spray and cook the steak.
  4. Place the potatoes in one layer in a large skillet. Heat, adding the olive oil and the butter. Saute on medium-low heat until golden brown, stirring every 5 minutes.

I have only made this recipe twice and it has already become one of my favorites. It has a savory flavor to it and it turn out really tender. I would definitely give this recipe 5 stars and plan to make it more often.
