  • 1 cup mustard seeds
  • 1 cup white balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 white wine
  • 1/2 water
  • 1/2 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 cup mustard (mild)
  • 5 tablespoons mustard seeds (pickled)
  • 1/2 teaspoon spanish paprika (smoked)
  • 1 tablespoon chives (finely chopped)

    Directions

    1. Put all of the ingredients in a pot and boil for 30-40 minutes until the seeds have doubled in size and pop when you bite them. If the liquids reduce too much during cooking add more water.
    2. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl, garnish with mustard seeds and chopped parsley
